Getting Started

Here's a guide to getting started with the TAUR iOS App. Follow these steps to get set up. If you have any problems, then you can use the contact form in the app to get help. When you receive your Taur scooter it is unsecured and anyone with the app

Menu Screen

The app Menu screen is accessed by tapping the Menu button on the Home screen. Not all features will be available if you're not connected to your Taur or if you're not the Authenticated Owner.

Your Trips

The Taur app uses location services to record the trips you make on your Taur. This is an optional feature and can be turned on and off from the settings menu. More details to come.

Manage Riders

Account Sign Out

1. Use this screen to sign out of your Taur account. 2. Please note, this does not change any settings on your Taur scooter. If you're selling your Taur. use the Factory Reset feature to erase your authentication and other details from your Taur.

Account Delete

1. Use this section if you want to Delete your Taur Account. 2. You must be connected to your TAUR to delete your account. 3. If you're the Authenticated Owner this action will perform a factory reset on your TAUR and inform us to delete your account
